I appreciate the personal service that I received with a phone call to discuss my options. On the other hand, the product that was delivered was not what I envisioned and not appropriate for the occasion. I was disappointed with the arrangement quality and choice of accoutrements ( I don’t believe red bows are appropriate for a funeral). With that said, I would not purchase the “ designers choice” in the future.
